What is the My appointments portal?

A public page where clients view and manage their appointments without creating an account: they get in with Google, their email or their phone.

The My appointments portal lets clients view upcoming appointments and, if allowed, cancel or reschedule them. There is no sign-up or password: they get in with "Continue with Google", "With your email" (they get a code) or "With your phone" (over WhatsApp or Telegram if you have them connected or, otherwise, with the day and time of one of their appointments). On top of that, every confirmation and reminder carries a link that opens their appointments in one tap.

The ways in are not chosen: they follow from the details you ask for and the channels you have, and the screen tells you which ones there are. What you do decide, in Settings › Bookings › Client area, is whether the portal is on, what it is called for your clients and what they see inside (history, pass, their details and connected accounts).

Where do I see a client history and their notes? In the client record: their appointments, passes, details and the notes only you can see. Can I request custom data during booking? Yes, you can add custom fields and decide which ones are required. A client booked and then signed in with Google in "My appointments": where is their appointment? In their account: what they booked from that browser moves to their Google account and they see it from any device. Can the client cancel or change their appointment on their own? Yes, if you enable it: you decide how many hours in advance it is allowed. Can I change the name and the look of my client screens? Yes: in Client area you choose whether it is open, what it is called and which sections show; the style is chosen in the editor while seeing the result. How do I avoid fake bookings or people who never show up? With bookings pending approval, required fields, reminders and, if needed, services only for known clients.
