BookflowR roadmap

What we're working on and what's coming soon to the platform.

This roadmap is indicative: priorities and dates may change based on business feedback.

In progress

1

Rooms and cabins for every appointment

Assign the room, cabin or booth for each appointment and the calendar stops two bookings from clashing in the same place.

Planned

9

Your calendar in Google Calendar and Outlook

Your appointments show up in the calendar you already use, and what you add there blocks those times in BookflowR: no double bookings.

Get paid when clients book

Ask for a deposit or full card payment at booking, and sell passes from your website. Fewer no-shows, money up front.

More Google reviews after every appointment

When the appointment ends, BookflowR asks the client for feedback via WhatsApp, email or Telegram and takes them straight to leave it on Google.

Photos and documents with the booking

Your clients will be able to attach a photo or document when booking —a tattoo idea, a medical report…—, saved to your Google Drive.

Restaurants: the bill for each table

Track what each table orders and split the bill between diners.

A blog on your website

Publish articles on your own website with the same editor, so more clients find you on Google.

Announcement bar on your website

A strip at the top of your website for offers, opening-hour changes or holiday closures, on and off whenever you like.

Bookings on your WordPress or PrestaShop site

A plugin to add BookflowR booking to the website you already have, no code needed.

Connect BookflowR to your tools

A documented API and automatic notifications (webhooks) to link your bookings to your invoicing, your CRM or whatever you use.
