Can I change the name and the look of my client screens?
Yes: in Client area you choose whether it is open, what it is called and which sections show; the style is chosen in the editor while seeing the result.

In Settings › Bookings › Client area you decide whether the area is open ("Portal on"), what it is called for your clients and what they see inside: history, pass, their details and connected accounts. How clients get in is not chosen: it follows from the details you ask for and your channels, and that same screen sums it up.
The look of the two public screens, booking and My appointments, is chosen in the editor: "Customise the look" takes you to Design › Booking. There are three styles, Simple, With cover and App-like, and the preview shows you the result live instead of picking a name blindly.
No style carries its own palette: the colour is always your brand colour, so you can change style without deciding colours again.
