A client booked and then signed in with Google in "My appointments": where is their appointment?

In their account: what they booked from that browser moves to their Google account and they see it from any device.

Updated 05 Oct 2026

In their account. If your client books by typing their details and then presses "Continue with Google" —on the confirmation screen or in "My appointments", from the same browser—, the booking they have just made moves to their account. When they sign in with Google again, from their phone or another computer, they will see it with the rest of their appointments. If they left no email when booking, the confirmation reaches their Google email once.

Only what was booked from that browser in that visit is taken. On a shared computer, whoever signs in with Google days later does not walk away with someone else's appointments.

What it never does is merge, on its own, records of your business that already had a history: a record that already existed, with its appointments, passes and notes, stays as it was. If you see that two records are the same person, join them yourself in Clients with "Possible duplicates" and "Merge records".
