What is configured on the Bookings screen?

It is the control panel for how your client books: times, cancellation, prices and legal texts; the details you ask for live in Booking form.

Updated 05 Oct 2026

Settings › Bookings has three screens: Online bookings, Booking form and Client area. The first one is where you decide how your clients book, in sections:

  • Online bookings: accept bookings or keep the website as a showcase only.
  • Price visibility: show prices on the website and in the dashboard, and whether the client can pick a staff member.
  • Time restrictions: minimum notice to book and how many days ahead.
  • Time of day: where morning, afternoon and evening start when free times are shown.
  • Waitlist: let people who find no free slot sign up.
  • Appointment settings: the status new appointments get (confirmed or pending), how often a time is offered and when a day is marked as "almost full".
  • Cancellation & rescheduling policy: whether clients can cancel or reschedule on their own and with how much notice.
  • Accepted payment methods: which payment methods you accept and whether they are shown on the website.
  • Panel notifications: visual and sound alert when a booking comes in.
  • Notice on the client's screen: offer to add the appointment to their calendar, reminder included.
  • Terms and privacy: terms, privacy, cookies and the acceptance step before confirming.

What you ask for and when (when booking, after booking or only in their record), including your own fields, is decided in Booking form. Everything applies equally to your website, the iframe and the assistant: there is no second place configuring the same thing.
