Can I ask Flow to book an appointment for me?
Yes: tell it in your own words, typed or spoken, and it opens the form with everything filled in. You save it.

Yes. Flow is the dashboard assistant. You open it with its round button in the top bar, next to the bell, from any screen. In the Schedule it is even closer: on a computer or tablet, the "Tell Flow…" bar in the header; on a phone, the round button above the "+". Type to it or say it with the microphone, in your own words: "Maria tomorrow at 10 for a haircut", "book the neighbour on Friday at 11".
If something is missing (the service, the time, who it is for), it asks you with buttons. Once it has everything, it shows you the appointment ("Haircut for María García, tomorrow at 10:00") and, when you press "Create appointment", it opens the usual form with everything filled in. Flow does not save the appointment on its own: you save it with "Create appointment" in that form, which checks the slot, overlaps and details exactly as if you had typed it yourself.
For the client it follows the same rule as the form:
- If the name belongs to a client, the appointment is for them. If several share that name, it asks which one, with their phone partly hidden and their visits.
- If they are not among your clients and you give no phone, it tells you: "Not in your clients yet: they'll be saved as “Pepe”, with no phone; tell me their phone and I'll add it." "Don't save in Clients" is right there.
- If the phone you give already belongs to another client, it asks: "That phone number belongs to María García. Who is the appointment for?", and you choose between her or the name you said as a new client.
- If you say "it is someone else" and another client already has that name, it asks for something that tells them apart ("the one from 3B", "Paco's son") or their phone.
Flow also finds free slots ("when do I have a slot for a haircut on Friday?"), moves appointments, blocks time off and cancels; before cancelling it asks for your "yes".
