Which notification channels can I enable?

Email, WhatsApp Cloud API and Telegram, with events configurable per channel.

In Settings › Communication › Channels you can enable email, WhatsApp Cloud API and Telegram with "+ Add channel". Then, in Automatic notices, choose which notices go out through each channel: appointment created, confirmed, cancelled, moved and the 24 h and 2 h reminders.

Email can use the default BookflowR sender or your own SMTP if configured.
