Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on plans that include custom domains; activation and certificates are handled automatically.

If your plan includes custom domains, configure it from Settings › Business › Business details and follow the DNS instructions shown by BookflowR. The platform validates the domain and activates the website automatically once the configuration is correct; no manual server intervention is required.

TLS certificates are managed automatically. Your BookflowR subdomain remains available as a fallback. If the plan is no longer covered, you will receive an email before the domain is disabled.
