Where do I configure legal texts and terms acceptance?

In Settings › Bookings › Online bookings you can edit terms, privacy, cookies, data controller email and whether clients must accept terms before confirming an appointment.

BookflowR provides base texts, but each business must adapt them to its country, activity and real obligations.
